19-Year-Old Arrested in Lancaster Shooting at Burning Home

A 19-year-old man, Miguel Sandoval, has been arrested for allegedly murdering four individuals at a burning home on the 44500 block of North Tabler Avenue in Lancaster, California. The incident occurred when authorities responded to a call and found the home engulfed in flames. Four victims, identified as Edwin Garcia, Christine Aca-ac, Matthew Montebello, and Janvi Maquindang, all in their 20s, were fatally shot, with three dying at the scene and one at a hospital. A 16-year-old girl, present at the time, called 911 while hiding and was unharmed. The case is being treated as an isolated incident, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is continuing its investigation. The case will be presented to the District Attorney's Office for formal charges.
