Mansfield experienced a 5% rise to $872 median rent, while Lancaster's prices increased 15% to $1,175, remaining below Ohio's state median. Newport's rent prices slightly increased with median rents at $3,047, considerably above Rhode Island's state median by roughly 40%. Nationwide, apartment rental prices slightly decreased from $1,925 to $1,900, showing regional variances in rental trends across states and cities.
