King of the Hill Revival Adds Ronny Chieng, Premieres August 2025

Hulu's King of the Hill revival, debuting August 4 with ten episodes, features a significant cast update and time jump, picking up several years after the original ended. Comedian Ronny Chieng joins as the new voice of Khan Souphanousinphone, replacing Toby Huss, who now takes over the role of Dale Gribble following the passing of original voice actor Johnny Hardwick. The story follows Hank and Peggy Hill returning to a changed Arlen, Texas after years abroad, while their son Bobby pursues his dream as a chef in Dallas. Original creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels return alongside many of the original voice cast, maintaining continuity for longtime fans. The first trailer showcases both the updated character arcs and the modernized setting, emphasizing how Arlen and its residents have evolved. The revival is executive produced by Judge, Daniels, and new showrunner Saladin Patterson.
