Lawrence Police Arrest Pathologist for Student Assault

Mark Elliott Gridley, a 60-year-old speech and language pathologist at Prairie Park Elementary in Lawrence, Kansas, has been arrested and charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a child and kidnapping following allegations of sexual assault involving two students. The investigation began after a concerned parent reported an incident on February 7th, leading to Gridley's arrest on February 8th. Investigators later identified a second possible victim, with both incidents allegedly occurring on the same day.
