JJ Quinerly, Krimili Named to Ann Meyers Drysdale Watch List

JJ Quinerly, a senior guard for the West Virginia University women's basketball team, was named to the midseason watch list for the Ann Meyers Drysdale National Player of the Year Award, marking her second consecutive appearance on the list. She is currently averaging a career-best 19.2 points per game and leads the Big 12 Conference with 3.45 steals per game, ranking fifth nationally. Quinerly has scored in double figures in all 20 games this season, with eight games of 20 or more points. She is also climbing the all-time scoring list at WVU, sitting seventh with 1,747 points and third in career steals with 300. The winner of the Ann Meyers Drysdale Award will be announced during the NCAA Women’s Final Four in April.
