2025 Hank Aaron Award Finalists Named

Major League Baseball named 20 finalists (10 per league) for the 2025 Hank Aaron Award. American League nominees include Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and George Springer — Springer hit a career-best .309 with 32 home runs and 84 RBI in 140 games, while Guerrero slashed .292/.381/.467 with 23 homers, 96 runs and 84 RBI. José Ramírez paced Cleveland with a .283 average, 30 home runs, 85 RBI and a career-high 44 stolen bases, becoming the first player with back-to-back seasons of 30+ doubles, 30+ homers and 40+ steals; National League finalists include Arizona's Corbin Carroll and Geraldo Perdomo. The finalist field also features repeat winners and stars such as Aaron Judge, Shohei Ohtani and Christian Yelich. Winners will be selected by a panel of MLB legends alongside fan voting at MLB.com/aaron through Oct. 12 at 11:59 p.m. ET and will be announced at the MLB Awards on Nov. 13 in Las Vegas.
