Adobe's approach aims to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by integrating generative and agentic AI into marketing and support functions. Meanwhile, mixus.ai offers a complementary AI agent model that integrates human expertise directly into AI workflows to prevent errors, ensuring accuracy through human editors in the loop before content is finalized.
