Edgar Charles Frederick, a 79-year-old British national, was killed by a vehicle in the motorcade of Kenyan President William Ruto in Nairobi. The incident sparked outrage on social media over the high speed at which the motorcade was traveling. The driver of the government vehicle involved was arrested and later released on bail.
