Hurricanes Win First BBL Title Against Thunder

The Hobart Hurricanes claimed their first Big Bash League title by defeating the Sydney Thunder by seven wickets at the Bellerive Oval, largely thanks to Mitchell Owen's outstanding performance. Owen scored a record-equalling century off 39 balls, finishing with 108 runs from 42 balls, including 11 sixes, propelling the Hurricanes to successfully chase down the Thunder's 182-7 score.
