Canada has announced a new military aid package for Ukraine, consisting of 80,840 unarmed air-to-surface rocket motors and 1,300 warheads, with deliveries expected in the coming months. Defense Minister Bill Blair confirmed the donation during a meeting at Ramstein Air Base, alongside the provision of chassis from 29 decommissioned M113 armored personnel carriers and 64 Coyote vehicles, which will be used for spare parts. This announcement follows an earlier commitment of 2,160 CRV7 rockets made in June. Since the onset of the Russia-Ukraine conflict in February 2022, Canada has provided C$4.5 billion ($3.3 billion) in military assistance. Additionally, Canada will contribute to F-16 pilot training for Ukrainians with a $389 million investment over five years, supporting Ukraine's defense against ongoing Russian air strikes. The aid package reflects a continued commitment from Canada to bolster Ukraine's military capabilities.
