Cruel World Festival Set for May 2025

The Cruel World Festival will return on May 17, 2025, at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, featuring headliners New Order and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds. This year's lineup includes iconic acts such as The Go-Go’s, Devo, Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, Death Cult, Garbage, Madness, and ‘Til Tuesday, which will be reuniting with its original members for the first time in 35 years. Death Cult, originally a precursor to The Cult, will also revive their original songs during the festival. The event marks the final stop of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds' North American tour supporting their latest album, Wild God. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on October 25, with payment plans available, while past ticket purchasers can access a presale starting October 24. This festival continues to attract devoted fans of the alternative and new wave genres, building on previous successful editions since its launch in 2022.
