There are rumors that Ricciardo's performance, often overshadowed by teammate Yuki Tsunoda, has led to this potential decision. Verstappen further noted that although the situation is difficult, Ricciardo should not feel sorry for himself as he has made significant contributions to the sport. If Ricciardo’s exit is confirmed, Lawson is expected to take over for the remaining races of the season.
