New Governors Appointed Across India

President Droupadi Murmu has announced the appointment of new governors for multiple states and union territories, including Jishnu Dev Varma for Telangana, Haribhau Bagde for Rajasthan, and Santosh Gangwar for Jharkhand. Om Prakash Mathur was named governor of Sikkim, and K. Kailashnathan was appointed as the lieutenant governor of Puducherry. The appointments also include C P Radhakrishnan for Maharashtra and Gulab Chand Kataria for Punjab. These shifts come as part of a broader reshuffle in high-level administrative positions across the country.
