Multiple Fatal Bus Crashes Reported Across U.S.

Recent bus-related crashes across the U.S. have led to several fatalities and injuries. In Tennessee, a Greyhound bus traveling from Memphis to Nashville collided with a passenger vehicle on Highway 70, resulting in two deaths—one a bus passenger in a wheelchair, the other from the passenger vehicle—and over 30 injuries, most of whom have since been released from hospitals. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is continuing its investigation of the crash. In Michigan, a school bus carrying students and staff rolled over after being struck by a sedan, hospitalizing a school aide and the car's driver but causing no serious student injuries. Wisconsin and New Jersey also saw bus-involved incidents, with a motorist fined in Wisconsin for hitting a stopped school bus and a fatal head-on collision in New Jersey. Authorities are investigating all incidents and have urged increased caution on the roads.
