WNBA Announces Full 2025 Schedule

The WNBA has officially released its schedule for the 2025 season, which will feature a record 44 games per team, starting on May 16. The opening weekend will showcase a highly anticipated matchup between the Indiana Fever and the Chicago Sky, highlighting the rivalry between Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese. The Golden State Valkyries will make their franchise debut against the Los Angeles Sparks on the same day, marking a significant moment for the league. Additionally, the Commissioner’s Cup will return, with its first games slated for June 1, including a matchup between the Connecticut Sun and New York Liberty. The Fever will also host the All-Star Game for the first time on July 19. WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert expressed excitement for the upcoming season, emphasizing the league's growth in viewership and attendance.
