Los Angeles Rams unveil $10 billion Rams Village project in Woodland Hills

The Los Angeles Rams have unveiled ambitious plans for 'Rams Village,' a massive 100-acre development in Woodland Hills that will serve as the team's new headquarters and training facility, featuring high-tech training amenities, entertainment venues, and parklands. The project, which could take up to 10 years to complete and cost around $10 billion, is designed to transform the San Fernando Valley into a vibrant community hub. Key components include two existing outdoor grass fields, an additional 150,000-square-foot indoor practice field, and two indoor venues with seating capacities of 5,000 and 2,500, respectively. Sustainability is a focus for the project, with plans for solar power and LEED certification. Rams owner Stan Kroenke highlighted the development's potential to create jobs and enhance local accessibility to entertainment, while Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass expressed pride in the team's commitment to the area. Construction will begin while the team continues to use its temporary practice facility.
