Various volunteer organizations and local groups have been actively providing school supplies to children in need across different counties. In Paris, Tennessee, over 600 backpacks filled with supplies were distributed at an event organized by The Shed and The Family Resource Center. Similarly, in Stanislaus County, California, volunteers, including the Stanislaus County Department of Child Support Services and United Way, prepared 1,100 backpacks for kids in the community. Additionally, Restore City Church in Moses Lake, Washington, is hosting a Back To School Outreach event where they plan to distribute 700 backpacks with supplies, offer free haircuts, and provide other essential services to support local students and families.
