Ole Miss Football Player Corey Adams Killed, Four Injured in Tennessee Shooting

Corey Adams, an 18-year-old freshman football player for Ole Miss and a standout from New Orleans, was shot and killed outside a home in Cordova, Tennessee, late Saturday night. Four other men were also injured in the shooting but are expected to survive. The Shelby County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene after reports of gunfire and found Adams in a vehicle, where he was pronounced dead despite life-saving attempts. Authorities have not named any suspects, and the incident remains an active homicide investigation.
