Multiple Arrests in Janesville Child Exploitation Cases

In Janesville, Wisconsin, multiple individuals have been arrested and charged with crimes related to child sexual exploitation. An 18-year-old man, Nathan Rapson, faces five counts of possession of child pornography and sexual assault of a minor after admitting to having sexual contact with a juvenile and possessing explicit images on his phone. Separately, a 25-year-old, Alexis Reyes Rivera, has been charged with sharing child sexual abuse material, with forensic evidence found on his device. Additionally, Edward Diaz, 28, was arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl and faces multiple charges, including second-degree sexual assault and child enticement. The girl involved in Diaz's case was reportedly unharmed and returned to her family. All three men are being held at the Rock County Jail pending their court appearances.
