Hesai Technology Launches New Lidar Products at CES 2025

At CES 2025, Hesai Technology introduced two groundbreaking Lidar units: the AT1440, the world's first 1440-channel automotive-grade Lidar, and the FTX solid-state Lidar, which boasts the largest field of view for this category at 180° x 140°. The AT1440 offers over 30 times the resolution of current mainstream automotive Lidars and features a remarkable angular resolution of 0.02°, positioning it as a potential game-changer for autonomous driving applications. The FTX Lidar, designed for both automotive and robotics uses, operates effectively as a blind-spot detection unit and achieves a point rate of 492,000 points per second. Additionally, Hesai launched the JT series of mini 3D Lidars, tailored for robotics, which offers a hyper-hemispherical field of view and has already entered mass production. The JT series is noted for its compact design and no blind spot capabilities, making it suitable for a variety of robotic applications. These innovations underscore Hesai's leadership in the Lidar technology market, enhancing both automotive and robotics sectors.
