Chris Brown Memphis Concert Canceled; Refunds Within 21 Days

Chris Brown’s Breezy Bowl XX stadium stop in Memphis, scheduled for Oct. 18, 2025 at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium and featuring Jhené Aiko and Bryson Tiller, has been canceled due to ongoing stadium renovations. Oak View Group and stadium promoters said the renovations, while on schedule, would prevent delivering the "exceptional production experience" required for the show. University of Memphis Athletic Director Dr. Ed Scott said the project remains on track for completion in 2026 and has been condensed into two phases, with the budget climbing to just over $226 million. Ticketmaster said refunds will be automatically issued to the original method of payment within 14–21 days and will go to the original purchaser if tickets were transferred. Fans expressed disappointment, noting a recent pattern of high-profile Memphis show cancellations and production-related issues.
