Packers Promote Bo Melton to Active Roster

The Green Bay Packers signed WR Bo Melton from the practice squad to the active roster, replacing injured WR Samori Toure. Melton has spent the season on the practice squad and active roster, appearing in four games with one start and recording 11 receptions for 156 yards and a TD. Additionally, the Packers signed S Tyler Coyle to the practice squad after he was released by the Dallas Cowboys. The team signed Melton and Coyle to the active and practice squads respectively, and placed Toure on injured reserve, ending his season. With multiple receivers injured, Melton is expected to take on an increased role in the Packers' final game of the season.
