Jay Leno Supports Classic Car Smog Check Exemption

Leno argues that these vehicles are difficult to test with current smog check equipment and that the bill would prevent enthusiasts from being penalized for maintaining historic cars. The bill has passed the Senate Transportation Committee and is moving to the appropriations committee for further consideration.
