Florida Mother, Stepfather Charged Murder 5-Year-Old After Abuse

Melissa “Missy” Mogle, a 5-year-old girl from Tallahassee, Florida, died after enduring severe abuse allegedly inflicted by her mother, Chloe Spencer, and stepfather, Daniel Spencer. Authorities found video evidence showing Daniel physically abusing Missy by hitting her, binding her limbs, and suffocating her with pillows, while Chloe was captured threatening the child with a shoe.
