Saturday Night Live (SNL) will kick off its 50th season on September 28, featuring Jean Smart as the host and Jelly Roll making his musical debut. Smart, a six-time Emmy winner, will lead the premiere episode, while Jelly Roll's new album, Beautifully Broken, drops on October 11. Nate Bargatze is set to host the second episode on October 5, with Coldplay performing ahead of their album release, Moon Music, on October 4. Following Bargatze, Ariana Grande will host on October 12 alongside Stevie Nicks, and Michael Keaton will return on October 19 with Billie Eilish as the musical guest. The season also introduces three new cast members: Ashley Padilla, Emil Wakim, and Jane Wickline, marking a fresh chapter for the iconic sketch show. SNL will air live on NBC and stream on Peacock, with a celebratory weekend planned for February 16.
