Juvenile Arrested After Assaulting Police Horse During Trumbull County Fair Fight

At the Trumbull County Fair in Ohio, a fight involving 15 to 20 people broke out, prompting sheriff's deputies to intervene after the altercation had ended. Deputies used a mounted officer's horse to help disperse the crowd, during which a juvenile resisted by swinging her purse and punching the police horse multiple times. The juvenile continued to resist arrest, threatening deputies and attempting to escape after being placed in the back of a golf cart. She was arrested and charged with assault and resisting arrest, then taken to the Trumbull County Juvenile Justice Center.
