Kraft Heinz Recalls Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon Nationwide
Kraft Heinz Foods Company has recalled approximately 367,812 pounds of Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon Original due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The affected products, produced between April 24 and June 11, 2025, include 12-oz, 36-oz, and 48-oz vacuum-packed packages with specific UPC codes and use-by dates ranging from July 18 to September 4, 2025. The products were shipped nationwide and exported to the British Virgin Islands and Hong Kong. The recall was prompted by laboratory testing, though no illnesses have been reported. Consumers are advised to discard or return the products and to clean any surfaces that may have been in contact with the bacon. Kraft Heinz and the USDA stress that the recall is a precautionary measure to safeguard public health.
