Ezra Frech, a 19-year-old Team USA Paralympian, achieved a remarkable double gold at the 2024 Paris Paralympics. He won his first gold in the men’s T63 100-meter sprint by a dramatic photo finish, followed by setting a new Paralympic record in the T63 high jump with a height of 1.94 meters the next day. Born with congenital limb differences, Frech has been a determined athlete from a young age, competing in multiple sports and earning his first running blade at age four. His journey has been one of resilience and determination, from missing the podium in Tokyo 2020 to triumphing in Paris. Frech is now looking forward to the 2028 Paralympics in Los Angeles and aims to use his platform to advocate for athletes with disabilities.
