Patrick Pass Charged with Assault in Rhode Island

The incident occurred on August 28 during a dispute over exercise equipment, during which Pass reportedly shoved Muriel, causing him to fall and injure his back. Pass has been charged with assaulting a man over 60 and causing bodily injury, and he was released on $10,000 bail, with a court appearance set for January. He denies the allegations, claiming he has 'better things to do' than assault someone. The gym has since canceled Pass's membership and is cooperating with the investigation. Muriel stated he now experiences significant pain due to the incident, claiming he never provoked Pass.
