Two Educators Arrested on Child Pornography Charges

Two educators have been arrested on charges related to child pornography. Frankie 'Nelson' Stephenson, the Chief Education Officer at Bay Haven Charter Academy in Panama City Beach, Florida, was arrested following an investigation that uncovered child pornography on his devices, although no students from his school were involved. Separately, Travis Adamson, an art teacher in the Alpine School District, Utah, was arrested for allegedly using his school email to access and store thousands of images and videos of child sexual abuse material over several years. Adamson admitted to the crime but denied any inappropriate conduct with students. Both cases were initiated by cyber tips leading to their arrests, with further investigations underway.
