Charlotte 'Bowie' Drozd, the 16-year-old daughter of Flaming Lips guitarist Steven Drozd, has been reported as a missing or runaway juvenile in Seattle. She was last seen on October 5 near the Space Needle and on the monorail, wearing khaki shorts and pink shoes.
