Fort Collins Police Arrest Jesse DiGrappa for Multiple Sexual Assaults

Fort Collins Police arrested 27-year-old Jesse Romero DiGrappa on April 3, 2025, in connection with three reported sexual assaults involving two unrelated victims. The first incident occurred on March 16, when a woman reported being assaulted by a stranger downtown. A second victim reported an assault by a man she met on a dating app on March 23, who fled when she called 911, and revealed he had assaulted her two weeks prior. DiGrappa faces multiple charges, including felony sexual assault and unlawful possession of metallic knuckles, which are illegal in Colorado. Authorities believe there may be additional victims and are encouraging anyone with information to come forward. DiGrappa had recently moved to Fort Collins in January 2025.
