Power Nickel expands Nisk exploration targeting new deposits

Power Nickel Inc. has initiated its 2025 winter drilling campaign at the Nisk project, building on successful 2024 results that identified high-grade copper and precious metals. The new exploration will focus on three main areas: extending the depth and strike of the Lion Zone, targeting a 5.5-kilometer stretch between the Nisk and Lion deposits, and investigating a new discovery located 700 meters east of the Lion Zone. This discovery, revealed through initial drilling and subsequent electromagnetic surveys, suggests the presence of massive sulphides in a distinct deposit type, enhancing the potential for further resource expansion. Power Nickel plans to operate three drill rigs by mid-February to maximize exploration efficiency. The company is also working with a geophysicist to analyze data from previous surveys to uncover additional drilling targets. Overall, these efforts are aimed at increasing the Nisk Project's mineral resource estimate and solidifying Power Nickel's position in the mining sector.
