Jennifer Lopez is reportedly close to purchasing the luxurious Azria Estate in Los Angeles, listed at $55 million, offering between $30 million and $39 million for the 30,000-square-foot property. This move follows her recent filing for divorce from Ben Affleck, with whom she had previously listed their Beverly Hills mansion for $68 million. The estate, designed by Paul Williams, was previously owned by late fashion designer Max Azria and has been the subject of a legal dispute between billionaire Ron Burkle and Azria's widow, Lubov. Lopez, who has toured the estate multiple times, is negotiating with both parties to finalize the purchase. The property, which features 14 bedrooms, a home theater, and an infinity pool, also served as a filming location for her Netflix movie 'Atlas'.
