Plastic Surgeon Sentenced Life Prison Attempted Murder Colleague England

Dr. Peter Brooks, a plastic surgeon from Nottinghamshire, England, has been sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 22 years for the attempted murder of his colleague, Graeme Perks. On January 14, 2021, Brooks broke into Perks' home, doused the ground floor with petrol, and stabbed Perks in the abdomen, causing life-threatening injuries. Brooks, who harbored a grudge against Perks due to disciplinary proceedings, carried out a premeditated attack, armed with a knife, crowbar, and petrol.
