TCU Hires Mike Buddie as Athletic Director

Texas Christian University (TCU) has appointed Mike Buddie as its new athletic director, following a successful tenure at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Buddie oversaw significant accomplishments at Army, including leading their football team to a historic 12-win season and securing membership in the American Athletic Conference. He replaces Jeremiah Donati, who recently left TCU for a similar position at South Carolina. Buddie is recognized for his strategic leadership, having initiated a $170 million renovation project for Michie Stadium at Army. His experience also includes roles at Furman University and Wake Forest, and he is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. TCU aims to enhance its athletic department under Buddie's guidance as it continues to build on recent successes in various sports.
