Topeka Sees Multiple Vehicle Accidents Citywide

Topeka, Kansas has experienced multiple vehicle accidents recently, prompting emergency crews to respond across the city. A notable three-vehicle crash occurred near downtown at Huntoon and Topeka Boulevard on March 17, causing one person to suffer serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Other crashes reported in East, Southwest, and West Topeka did not immediately report any injuries. On March 18, a two-vehicle collision occurred at S.W. 6th Avenue and Gage Boulevard, and another incident in the Potwin neighborhood saw a vehicle end up in a front yard. On March 17, two separate crashes were reported at S.W. 29th Street and McAlister Avenue and at S.E. 21st and Adams streets. These incidents have led to calls for increased road safety awareness in the city.
