Juvenile Killed in North Las Vegas Shooting, Suspects Flee

A juvenile male was fatally shot on Friday evening in the 2500 block of Las Vegas Boulevard North in North Las Vegas. Police responded shortly after 5 p.m. and found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound; despite life-saving efforts, the juvenile was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect or suspects fled before police arrived and remain at large. The North Las Vegas Police Department has launched a homicide investigation and is actively seeking information from the public. Authorities encourage anyone with knowledge about the incident to contact the police or Crime Stoppers of Nevada anonymously. The Clark County Coroner's Office will determine and release the victim's identity and cause of death.
