First Watch Opens First Nevada Location in North Las Vegas

First Watch, a popular breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant chain with over 600 locations in more than 30 states, has opened its first location in Nevada at 1020 E. Craig Road in North Las Vegas. The 4,400-square-foot restaurant features a bright modern dining room, a covered patio, and an indoor bar, accommodating more than 200 guests. Known for its chef-driven, made-to-order dishes prepared without heat lamps, microwaves, or deep fryers, fan favorites include The Traditional, Farmhouse Hash, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Million Dollar Bacon, and various fresh lunch options. The menu changes seasonally five times a year, reflecting First Watch's "Follow the Sun" philosophy, with fresh juices and socially responsible coffee sourced from women coffee farmers in South America. The grand opening included community celebrations featuring local performers and offered free Project Sunrise coffee to dine-in guests during the first week. Additional First Watch locations in the Las Vegas Valley are planned for Henderson, with one expected to open by the end of 2025 and another by early 2026.
