The upgraded complex features cutting-edge amenities including underwater treadmills, altitude training, a barbershop, a Formula 1 simulator, and smart urinals that monitor players' hydration levels to optimize performance. The renovation also includes advanced medical equipment like MRI, CT, and DEXA scanners, as well as plans for a new padel court and sleeping pods to support player recovery and well-being. Ratcliffe emphasized that while the facility alone won't guarantee success, it is a key part of building a winning culture and bringing the club in line with its global brand stature alongside companies like Coca-Cola and Apple. Players and coaching staff, including Ruben Amorim, view the improvements as vital to fostering unity and elevating on-pitch results, with recent signings and potential future transfers aimed at strengthening the squad further. The revamped Carrington was officially opened with the attendance of the squad, coaching staff, and club legends, symbolizing a commitment to both honor the club’s heritage and invest in its future.
