Seth MacFarlane Unveils ‘Lush Life: The Lost Sinatra Arrangements’ Album

Seth MacFarlane, a longtime Frank Sinatra fan, is set to release his ninth studio album, 'Lush Life: The Lost Sinatra Arrangements,' on June 6. The album features 12 previously unheard arrangements originally created for Sinatra by legendary collaborators Nelson Riddle, Billy May, and Don Costa, which had remained in the Sinatra family's private collection until MacFarlane acquired the archive in 2018. Recorded live at Skywalker Sound Studios with a 70-piece orchestra led by conductor John Wilson, the project brings to life arrangements written for classic Sinatra albums but never previously recorded. The album's first single, 'Lush Life,' uses Riddle's original conceptual arrangement from 1958. MacFarlane's expressive vocals and careful production aim to honor the artistry and significance of Sinatra's approach to musical arrangements. The project has been praised by the Sinatra family for preserving and sharing these musical treasures, and MacFarlane plans a live stage performance of the album in 2026.
