Nottingham Police Arrest Teen for Stolen Bike on Indian Rider's Round-The-World Trip

An 18-year-old man has been arrested in Doncaster on suspicion of stealing a motorbike from Indian content creator Yogesh Alekari during his round-the-world trip. Alekari, who had traveled through 17 countries and was 15,000 miles into his journey, had parked his black, white, and orange KTM 390 Adventure motorbike at Wollaton Park in Nottingham when it was stolen, along with luggage containing his passport and £15,000 worth of belongings. Nottinghamshire Police conducted extensive investigations including CCTV analysis, witness interviews, and public appeals, leading to the suspect's arrest, though the stolen motorbike has yet to be recovered. Alekari, left stranded in the UK, has received offers of support including assistance from the production company behind the "Long Way Home" TV series. Police continue to appeal for information on the whereabouts of the bike or any further details related to the theft, emphasizing the seriousness of the offense and their commitment to recovering the property.
