Doctor Pleads Guilty to Attempted Murder

Thomas Kwan, a 53-year-old British doctor, pleaded guilty to an elaborate attempt to murder his mother's partner, Patrick O'Hara, by injecting him with poison disguised as a COVID-19 vaccine.
