In St Neots, the Brook and Barter pub is set to become nine flats as part of a redevelopment plan, while another historic pub, The Old Falcon, will be converted into shops and 14 residential units. The Craven pub in Skipton also seeks to turn into six apartments after closing in 2023, amidst rising operational costs.
