Ohana Development Launches $1.3B Jacob & Co. Beachfront Project UAE

Ohana Development, in partnership with luxury timepiece and jewelry house Jacob & Co., has launched a $1.3 billion (AED 4.7 billion) luxury coastal living project called 'Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana' in the Al Jurf area between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The development features 457 residences including villas, penthouses starting at AED 22 million, Sky Mansions with 360-degree views and private elevators from AED 77 million, beachfront mansions, and seaview apartments, all designed to offer refined coastal living with breathtaking natural surroundings. The project provides direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, facilitating connectivity to key locations such as Abu Dhabi International Airport and Palm Jebel Ali.
