He is currently the national leader in assists, averaging 10.0 per game, and has recorded a total of 229 assists this season, positioning him as a top contender for the assist record at Gonzaga. Alongside teammate Graham Ike, who is also garnering attention for his scoring prowess, Nembhard's performance has been pivotal in Gonzaga's success, helping the team rank first in both assists per game and assist-to-turnover ratio.
