Three Men Steal £500K Gold Jewellery from Bromley Home

A burglary in Bickley Road, Bromley, southeast London, resulted in the theft of over £500,000 worth of distinctive gold jewellery, much of which held priceless sentimental value as family heirlooms passed down through generations. The incident occurred on December 30, 2024, when three men forced their way into the home through a bathroom window between 5:40 pm and 6:25 pm while the family was inside, though no injuries were reported. Metropolitan Police released images of the unique stolen pieces in hopes someone will recognize them and aid in their recovery. Detectives suspect the raid was a targeted, deliberate theft, with the suspects arriving and fleeing within 45 minutes, and investigations including forensic examinations and CCTV reviews are ongoing. Authorities have urged the public to report any sightings of the jewellery, either directly to the police or anonymously through Crimestoppers.
