Omnicom Q3 Revenue Up; EPS Beats, Deal Nears
Omnicom reported third-quarter revenue of about $4.04 billion, up roughly 4% year-over-year, with its media and advertising segment growing about 9.1% to $2.35 billion. The company posted adjusted EPS of $2.24, beating analyst expectations, while GAAP net income fell to $341.3 million, or $1.75 per share, from $385.9 million a year earlier. Management said it is deploying generative AI and agentic capabilities through its Omni platform and cited a flexible cost structure and diversified business lines for relative stability. Omnicom expects the Interpublic deal to close by the end of next month and says the transaction will drive revenue growth and cost synergies. Shares rallied 3.2% to $81.23, though analysts said the sustainability of the move will depend on management commentary and near-term earnings outlook and estimate revisions.
