Haitian Gangs Attack Port-au-Prince, 28 Killed

Eyewitness accounts revealed gruesome retaliatory actions from residents, including decapitations and bodies being burned. This incident follows a recent surge in gang violence, which had already forced the closure of Haiti's main international airport after armed gunmen fired at a commercial flight. Amid escalating violence, Doctors Without Borders announced it would suspend critical medical operations in the capital due to threats against its staff.
