Kanye West has sold his $14 million Bighorn Mountain Ranch in Wyoming back to its original owners, Greg and Pam Flitner, after owning it for six years. The 6,713-acre property, which Kanye had envisioned as part of a "Yeezy Campus" and a base to develop solutions for homelessness, fell into significant disrepair during his ownership, along with the nearby Monster Lake Ranch. Despite Kanye's grand plans, including building futuristic domes and using the ranch as a sanctuary away from Hollywood, many of these ambitions never materialized, and the ranch was intermittently listed for sale but withdrawn multiple times. The Flitners reclaimed the property to preserve their family heritage, fearing speculators might turn it into a subdivision, and noted the ranch's historic significance as it has been part of their family grazing operation for over 100 years. The sale was finalized in September 2025 through a notarized document signed by Kanye's wife, Bianca Censori, marking an end to this chapter of his Wyoming era. While the ranch remains largely intact, it shows signs of neglect, reflecting the collapse of Kanye's Wyoming dreams amid personal and professional turmoil.
